Shipping & Returns

Delivery

• We deliver all over Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
• Orders are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp, then dispatched within 1–2 working days.
• Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days depending on your city.
• Delivery charges are shown in your cart. Larger orders qualify for free delivery.
• You'll receive a tracking number once your parcel is shipped. You can also check status on the Track Order page.

Payment

• Cash on Delivery is available everywhere in Pakistan.
• You can also pay in advance via JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank transfer. Orders paid in advance ship once payment is verified.

Exchanges & returns

• If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, message us on WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery with photos of the parcel and product. We'll send a replacement free of charge.
• Because our products are personal-care items, we can't accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene reasons.
• Refusing a Cash on Delivery parcel without a valid reason costs us return shipping — please only order if you intend to receive it.
