Yes, Cash on Delivery is available everywhere. We'll call or WhatsApp you to confirm your order before we send it.
How much is delivery?
A flat delivery charge applies, and delivery is FREE on larger orders — you'll see the exact amount in your cart before checkout.
Which soap is best for my skin?
For oily skin, try Multani Mitti & Rice Water. For dry skin, Luxe Honey & Orange or Rose & Milk. For sensitive or everyday use, Cucumber & Aloe Vera. Not sure? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll help you choose.
What's the difference between Mini, Medium and Large?
Same soap, different size. Mini is perfect for trying or travel, Medium is our most popular, and Large is the best value for families.
Are your products really chemical free?
We make everything by hand using natural ingredients such as aloe vera, multani mitti, honey and herbs, and we avoid harsh chemicals. Our soaps use a glycerin base. If you have allergies, please check the ingredients list on each product page.
Why is there sediment at the bottom of the hair oil?
That's natural! It's the herbal extract from kalonji, bhringraj, amla and other herbs. Big brands filter and add chemicals to make oil look clear — ours is made the desi way. Just shake well before use.
How should I store my soap?
Keep it on a draining soap dish away from standing water so it stays firm and lasts longer.
Should I do a patch test?
Yes, we recommend testing any new skincare product on a small area of skin first, especially if you have sensitive skin.
Can I order gift sets?
Absolutely. Our Soap Trio Gift Set comes in a kraft gift bag with a handwritten card. Add your soap choices and the name for the card in the order notes.
